Look Mum No Hands!
It's been a while since I blogged and though I'd never promote this kind of reckless bicycle abandon....... damn this is funny. And great soundtrack too.

Weekend Chic on the Streets
Spring has finally sprung in Sydney and that means one thing - MORE BIKES !
Spotted Katherine (top) and Zahra (bottom) out and about in Darlinghurst at the weekend enjoying the sun. Roll on Summer.

Chic Memories
We made so many of these handlebar ribbons for the WOOP Festival Cycle Chic Kids stall - and it wasn't just the kids that wanted them!
It always makes me smile when I see them still on bicycles months later. Little flashes of colour on the streets.

Ah Cambridge, I Miss You
I have fond memories of Cambridge - a glorious city dominated by students and bicycles.....
Yes ok I wasn't around in 1938 when this photograph was taken but the spirit remains the same.

Thanks to the Sally from the Cambridge Raincoat Company (via Cambridge Bike Tours) for this memory.

Will Self - On Your Bike!
Kinda love Brit author Will Self's sardonic wit and no surprise he's a bike lover too. He (and other similarly obsessed lovers of the bicycle) spoke at the brilliant Intelligence Squared cycling festival in London last week.
Great stuff.

Commute to Work - Barcelona Style
I was looking through the flickr archives today and came across this photo from Barcelona. I think this was about the biggest concession to "commuter cycle gear" that I witnessed - certainly the most inventive.
So very Cycle Chic.
